Enjoy your event without the stress of managing logistics. With our Event Day Only Management service, you can hand off all day-of responsibilities to us. Here's how it works:

Pre-Event Prep: You'll fill out a packet detailing your event, and we’ll meet 7 days before the event to address any questions or provide recommendations for improvement.

Day-Of Management: We oversee setup, manage vendors and speakers, coordinate with the venue, and oversee tear-down.
Everything that would normally pull you out of the room and away from your guests becomes our responsibility, so you can focus on the people and the moment while we keep the machinery running behind the scenes. Because the heavy planning is already yours, this service needs comparatively little runway and is available with as little as three weeks of lead time, making it a practical option even when the date is close.

Event Day Management begins at $950. The final cost is based on the number of on-site hours needed and whether services include overseeing setup, the event itself, teardown, or a combination of the three.
