Common Questions

What clients ask before we plan

Still deciding on scope or timing? These cover the basics, and for anything more specific, we'll talk it through on a call.

What types of events do you plan?

We specialize in business, corporate, association, and mission-driven events, including retreats, workshops, seminars, team-building experiences, appreciation events, networking events, launches, grand openings, golf tournaments, and holiday parties.

We also love a creative idea. We’ve organized forest fencing lessons with world-ranked fencers, rented a racetrack for professional driving instruction, transformed an office into a formal masquerade, and brought lollipop aerialists into a hotel bar.

Bring us your idea, and we’ll help bring it to life.

Do you work with organizations of all sizes?

Yes. We work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, corporations, associations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. Fit is based on your event’s scope, timeline, and budget, not the size of your organization.

What services do you offer, and what do they cost?
  • Event Planning: Customized planning based on your event, goals, and internal capacity. Starts at $5,000 per event.
  • Event Day Management: You plan it. We manage the day so it runs according to your plan. Starts at $950.
  • Event Planning Advisory Session: A focused 60-minute virtual consultation for $197.

Final pricing depends on the event’s scope, timeline, location, complexity, and level of support. Retainer options may be available for organizations planning multiple events annually. Vendor, travel, and other direct event expenses are separate.

Why bring in an event professional?

Even a strong event idea needs thoughtful strategy and experienced execution. We can plan the event with you, strengthen the plans your team has already created, or manage the day so everything runs according to plan.

Whatever level of support you need, we help you use your event strategically to elevate your brand, strengthen relationships, and support your business goals.

Will the event reflect our brand?

Yes. We look beyond colors and logos to understand your organization, audience, values, and desired outcomes. Those elements shape the event environment, communications, programming, guest experience, and details that make the event feel distinctly yours.

Will you work with our internal team and existing vendors?

Yes. We can collaborate with your team and coordinate vendors you have already selected.

After working with multiple AV companies throughout the region, we have chosen preferred partners based on their reliability, professionalism, and preparedness. Event Planning clients are required to use one of these partners for AV services.

This is not required for Event Day Management clients, but we strongly recommend professional AV support if your event includes presentations, video, or sound.

Can you support multiple events throughout the year?

Yes. We offer recurring planning and retainer options for companies that produce multiple events but do not need, or are not ready to hire, a full-time internal event professional.

Recurring support can create greater consistency, improve planning processes, and allow us to build stronger familiarity with your brand, team, and event goals.

Do you offer event consulting without full planning services?

Yes. Consulting is available for clients who want strategic guidance while keeping execution in-house.

Consulting may include help with event strategy, budgets, timelines, venue or vendor decisions, guest experience, event processes, or troubleshooting a specific planning challenge.

What don’t you do?

We focus on what we’re good at. We do not provide:

  • Planning for weddings, birthdays, or personal celebrations
  • Standalone decorating or temporary staffing
  • Fundraising strategy, grant writing, donor solicitation, or sponsorship sales
How far in advance should we contact you?
  • Event Planning: Three to six months for most events; six to twelve months for larger or out-of-state events.
  • Event Day Management: Ideally, at least three weeks before your event. Shorter timelines may be considered based on availability and the event’s complexity.
