12 Weeks of Lead time is required for full service event planning.

Event Day Only Management Services
Enjoy your event without the stress of managing logistics. With our Event Day Only Management service, you can hand off all day-of responsibilities to us. Here's how it works:

Pre-Event Prep: You'll fill out a packet detailing your event, and we’ll meet 7 days before the event to address any questions or provide recommendations for improvement.

Day-Of Management: We oversee setup, manage vendors and speakers, coordinate with the venue, and oversee tear-down.
You can focus on being the host while we ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
3 Weeks of Lead Time is required for Event Day Only Management Services.
